the terms and conditions

1) EL.humaira operates on first come first served basis. Bookings are allowed only for 3 days after the confirmation of transaction. If no payment made within 3 days, EL.humaira has the right to cancel the bookings.

2) Price does not include shipping or postage cost. All shipping and postage cost will be 100% on the buyer OTHERWISE STATED.

3) House of EL.humaira only use Pos Laju service to deliver the purchase. The cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM8 and for Sabah and Sarawak is RM10.

4)Delivery days will be on MONDAY and THURSDAY only. Customer will be notified once the delivery has been done.

5) Shopping at your own risk. No refunds/ returns/ exchanges are allowed in House of EL.humaira. All products are well-inspected before postage/shipment to ensure all items are in good condition.

6) House of EL.humaira has the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

the methods of operations

1) Send email to el.humaira@yahoo.com or leave a message on the chatbox regarding any details or inquirues.

2) House of El.humaira will reply the confirmation on the availability of the product. The confirmation will includedetails and methods of payments.

3) Make the payment after the confirmation has been made and Hose of EL.humaira will deliver the products on the next MONDAY or THURSDAY which ever comes first, once EL.humaira receives the payment. **if the customer pays using cash deposit machine and there is any balance, EL.humaira will return the balance to your bank account. Provide us with bank account name& number.

4) The buyer will be given track number on the POS LAJU services and the buyer can track their purchase with the POS LAJU system. CLICK HERE FOR POS LAJU TRACKING SYSTEM.
